The reference staff is available to direct you to materials in the collection which will assist you with your legal questions. The staff cannot answer legal questions, recommend legal actions or forms, assist in the completion of forms, interpret the law or recommend attorneys to assist you. We can provide limited instruction on how to use the various resources available in the library or at our public computer terminals.
Telephone inquiries are limited to those concerning the contents of the library collection.

*FLORIDA LAW WEEKLY Internet access to Florida Law Weekly; Florida Law Weekly Supplement and Florida Law Weekly Federal;
The library provides one stand-alone public computer terminal dedicated to word processing functions. WordPerfect and Word will be available for public use. Charges of $5.00 per 30 minute session, and print charges of $.25 per page apply.
There are four terminals in the Barad room ( Computer room ) in the library. They are available for public access to legal research databases as described above, e-mail access is not available.
Pursuant to Federal Copyright Law, it is understood that library material
being copied will be used for research purposes only.
Self-serve copiers are available in the library. Copies are $.25 each, and
may be paid for by cash, attorneys' check or copicard.
Materials located at the front desk may be accessed in the library only, by providing a valid and current Florida Driver's license or Florida Identification card
The library has purchased several CLE audio tape course materials for Continuing Legal Education credit for The Florida Bar. These materials are available for circulation on a first-come, first-serve basis.
The following fees apply:
$100.00 refundable deposit is required
$ 25.00 per title (1 week)
$ 20.00 per title.(members)
$ 3.00 per day late fee
Conference rooms are available for rental at the rate of $ 20.00 per hour ($ 10.00 per hour for library members). Please call the library at 305-349-7548 for reservations.
